We are looking for a key hybrid figure to serve as our first Technical Product Marketer, acting as a bridge between our deep-tech engineering and the global market.
As the lead for technical communication and marketing, you will not only document our state-of-the-art storage infrastructure platform, its modules, and roadmap but also be responsible for "translating" our technological potential into business value. Your mission is to drive adoption, brand awareness, and conversion through narratives that educate and convince potential clients, decision-makers, and our platform's target audiences.
You will work directly with all areas of the organization—including Product, Sales, Marketing, and R&D Engineering teams—to ensure our documentation and marketing are not only accurate but are powerful engines for growth.
Key Responsabilities
1. Content Strategy & Demand Generation
- Strategic Execution: Design and execute a content strategy to position our brand as a benchmark in the data infrastructure and utilization sector, building a solid and coherent brand narrative.
- Technical SEO: Optimize content for technical SEO to ensure high visibility among our target expert audiences.
- Demand Generation & Sales Support: Create content designed to capture qualified leads, engage technical decision-makers, and drive customer conversion.
- Value Translation: Transform complex technical features into clear, tangible benefits for the end customer.
- High-Impact Collateral: Produce high-quality technical and commercial content, including White Papers, success stories, LinkedIn posts, and specialized blog articles that address specific client needs and pain points.
2. Technical Documentation & Product Roadmap Management
- Documentation Leadership: Coordinate and lead the creation of high-quality technical documentation in English, serving as the company’s primary technical knowledge base (clear, actionable, and professional).
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for the Director of Strategy, Product Managers, and technical teams (Developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners).
- Roadmap Vision: Maintain a deep understanding of the platform’s roadmap, technical milestones, and evolution to anticipate communication needs.
- Architectural Mastery: Understand the technical architecture of the solution to explain it with precision and authority.
- Release Communication: Manage the communication of platform updates and releases, translating new functionalities into tangible user benefits.
3. The Bridge: Technology to Business
- Sales Acceleration: Convert complex technical specifications into business advantages that shorten the sales cycle.
- Sales Enablement: Support the commercial team with sales materials that help close technical leads.
- Audience Research: Investigate target personas (CIOs, CTOs, Infrastructure/Data Architects) to align our messaging with their specific requirements and pain points.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–5 years in similar roles (Technical Writer, Solution Writer, or Product Marketing) within B2B SaaS or Deep-Tech environments.
- Technical Knowledge (Desired): Familiarity with cloud and state-of-the-art storage infrastructure platform, and Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Research Skills: Ability to analyze technical markets and audiences to optimize sales content.
- Languages: Native or bilingual English (essential for professional technical writing and global communication).
- Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, being proactive, and managing ambiguity.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts without losing technical rigor.
